STRAKO builds, manages and develops. Together with BALTIC EMPIRE we deliver the whole path of a project — from groundworks and programme control to the finished premium interior, in eight European countries.
STRAKO carries construction, project management and development. Interior fit-out is delivered by BALTIC EMPIRE. One contract, one project manager, one party responsible for programme and quality.
New build and reconstruction, including structural refurbishment. Executed by our own crews, sequenced with the other trades on site and delivered to the date in the programme.
One accountable project manager per project, working in a project management system we built ourselves — and to which you get your own access. Progress, hours and manpower tracked at resource level, under both fixed-price and hourly-rate contracts.
We develop our own residential and commercial projects in Lithuania. Sitting on both sides of the table keeps our estimating, procurement and site management honest.
Premium suites and VIP cabins, restaurants, bars, casinos and theatres; hotel guest rooms and public areas; flagship retail. Marine and on shore, new build and refit.
Delivered by BALTIC EMPIRETwo Lithuanian companies working as one group — not a client, a contractor and a chain of subcontractors, but a single accountable party from the first estimate to handover.
STRAKO is more than a construction company. Alongside new build and reconstruction it carries the programme, the commercial model and the site management — and develops its own projects.
BALTIC EMPIRE works in the areas of a project where quality is judged most harshly — the spaces a client shows to guests and owners.
All works are executed by the group's own workforce. We do not build a subcontracting chain under our contract — which is why mobilising a team to a yard in France, a hotel in Spain or a store in Cyprus is a scheduling decision, not a hiring exercise.
Headquarters in Klaipėda, Lithuania. Mobile installation teams travel to the yard, the property or the store — accommodation, logistics and site documentation handled by us.

We work from client and designer drawings. Our value is in execution: correct sequencing, dimensional accuracy, protection of finished surfaces, and a finish that survives inspection at handover.
Certain commercial details of these projects are covered by confidentiality agreements with our clients. Further references and site visits can be arranged on request.
You send the drawings, the specification and the programme. We confirm capacity and the window in which we can mobilise.
We inspect the vessel, the property or the store, verify actual conditions against the drawings, and identify the risks that drive cost and programme.
A detailed estimate on a fixed-price or hourly-rate basis, followed by contract signature with agreed scope, programme and payment terms.
The crew is assembled from our own workforce, assigned a project manager and mobilised to site with the required PPE, tooling and documentation.
From substructure and framing through to the final coat — sequenced with the other trades on site, with finished surfaces protected throughout.
Joint inspection, closure of the snag list and handover of the completed area to the client's standard.
Progress is tracked, not reported anecdotally. Every project runs through our own project management system, with resource-level control of the crew and live access for the client — so you see where the work actually stands against the programme.
Not an off-the-shelf tool bent into shape. STRAKO developed its own project management system — and we give the client access to it. You are not waiting for a weekly report; you are looking at the same data we are.
We open the system to our client. Logged working hours, the projects currently running and progress against the programme — visible to you as it happens, from anywhere, without asking anyone for an update.
Any discrepancy, clash or problem found on site is raised in the system and discussed with you directly, in the same place it was recorded. Nothing disappears into an email chain and nothing waits for the weekly call.
Drawings, variations, decisions, hours and site photographs held in one place, from the first estimate to the closed snag list at handover.
Shipyards and operating hotels apply strict site regimes. Our approach is built to pass them without slowing the programme.
Send us the drawings and the dates. We come back with a budget estimate and the window in which we can mobilise — or we arrange a site visit, on board, at the property, or over a Teams call.
